In our laboratories we can formulate colours for all types of fibre: natural, artificial and synthetic; the classes of colourant we use are agreed with the customer according to the performance required in terms of colour fastness but also to the desired appearance of the finished product.
In recent years, to respond to the ever-growing requests of conformity to the various ecological laws and regulations (GOTS, OEKOTEX, GRS, CTW, etc etc) our company has undertaken a path to qualify its chemical products and its suppliers which produce/distribute them.
In the light of this research, our ICT department has developed an innovative chemical management software which, for example, enables us to select the chemical products that satisfy the laws and regulations our customers ask us to respect for the dyeing of certain lots intended for particularly demanding markets.
This has also allowed us to publish our PRSL which guarantees compatibility with the majority of PRSLs which brand owners now impose on their supply chain.
Naturally, our laboratories also carry out basic services:
-Creation of customised colour palettes
-Reproduction of sample colours, also starting from the digital samples or PANTONE®”.
- Colour fastness tests based on the current laws and regulations in terms of method of execution
The quality control on the finished product is meticulous in terms of colour and chemical-physical performance relying on the most innovative control technologies.
